We work very closely with a number of architectural practices and have formed working relationships with every Local Authority planning department in our core area. This enables us to design and submit the most appropriate planning application for each of our developments that will maximise the value both for the land owner and end user. To all land owners we:

  • Undertake site appraisals to advise on the financial viability of schemes and associated land values
  • Review proposed site layouts to maximize use and value of the site
  • Provide architectural advice to prepare site layouts and if no proposed plans exist, liaise with the local authority and ultimately secure a planning consent
